See photo of tons of dirt being dropped off on the small turn around cul de sac at the end of Kestrel LN. This dirt is affecting traffic turn around, garbage pick up and mail delivery. The dirt belongs to owner of 2400 Kestrel Ln, please fine them and have dirt removed from public right away immediately!
