This is a long standing unresolved issue. The storm drains clog with tree debris every time there is a heavy rain. Clearing the storm drain of the superficial debris does not resolve the issue. It just resolves the symptom. There are times when the water is so deep that cars cannot pass.Perhaps the street drainage pattern needs to be addressed.
