Yard parking/right away parking. This is been going on for five years or more! And it’s every day all day. As a matter fact if you go to the PCPAO website you can even see her van parked there! Yet the code department won’t do anything about this and my house is right next-door less than 25 feet away and the minute I park on the right away I get a code violation. This seems to be a pretty clear case of harassment?

Think we have an issue with this house because they have multiple violations with their fence in disrepair and unregistered vehicles and trash in the yard yet nothing ever changes… I think the Code Officer is afraid of this family but unfortunately that doesn’t give the Codes department the right to give other people violations and let this family get away with everything.
