Description
Property using construction materials (bath tubs) around yard and such is not customary to it's purpose. Violation of Chapter 8, Sec. 8-201 (b) (3) (4) and in accordance with the City's arbitrary application of this ordinance against targeted residential properties, the property is in violation.
