Description

There is a cyclone fence on the property line about a foot inside of their backyard as a privacy fence. In between the privacy fence and the cyclone fence is a dead tree. And it is hanging over my property. And needs to be removed before it falls. Plus in between the cyclone fence and the privacy fence there is overgrowth that nobody ever cleans.
