Description
Tall Cotton Drive at the drainage channel holds significant water during rain events. The drainage channel on the west side of the pavement has built up with sediment and is a higher elevation than the pavement, creating a lake in the road when it rains. Lake is approximately 100ft wide by 200 ft long. Has done this for years. Need the sediment removed so the water will sit in the drainage channel and not on the road.
