I am on the HVPOA homeowners association and we have an issue at the tip of our 4th island is a turn around for the gym. People are not making the curve and running over our parkway irrigation line. We repaired it 3 times last year and one time so far this year. The gym building has been sold and once the new businesss moves in traffic will pick up from the turn arounds from their entrance onto Henderson Parkway. So I would like to request that the City put in several yellow and black stripped reflector signs along that curve to mark the curve more clearly and help prevent the vehicles from running over the curb and damaging the irrigation line.
