Description
After having an issue with the AC not working and having a tech come out, it was brought to our attention that the AC was installed incorrectly, no permit pulled and exposed wires that was being dripped on by the water pan, as well as exposed electrical boxes in the attic. Owner also told us a new roof, plumbing, flooring and electrical was done in 2017 with nothing indicating permits. Owner is refusing to correct issues with the AC. We need someone out to inspect this house for safety.
