wondering if all the birch trees down was done by park and rec, or was this vandalism? I did send a note to them to ask. also wondering if all these bikes fell over because of a storm or they were knocked over? hoping to include more people in neighborhood watch and curfew for youngsters. let's take care of our beautiful neighborhood.
