6/14 - Visited property and spoke with owner, He said his brother brought the pallets. He said he is already working with Code for cleaning it up. Observed some junk tires and other items retaining stagnant water. Discussed and removed 2 junk tires. The pallets are not a public health nuisance and can be handled under the property maintenance code with Code Enforcement. Case closed. /// GED
