This is to compliment the good job being finally done on parts of Richmond. All my requests have same tittle: STREET CONDITION. Its my most concern since I drive for a living, and my car has bad shocks as do many.
Maybe the Mayor is trying to fix streets to impress voters, I don't care why, I am happy to see it. I compliment the type of repair because they are doing CONCRETE SECTIONAL REPLACEMENT. Not the black asphalt patching that postpones real repair of aging streets. SECTIONAL REPLACEMENT!!
