Can you do something about the slobs that live at this address? Their front yard is full of dog crap as well as the sidewalk in front of their house. Is a sanitary issue. Their back yard has a number of bags of pop cans that have been their forever and the weeds in the back yard are well over 3 feet high.

I tried to do this at www.lansingmi.gov, but the service request program is not working. Perhaps you could do something about that as well.
