The hole is danger hazard for any scooters driving at night.

It might help if the requester had put the correct address in. It is currently shown in another neighborhood

It is between posted addresses. However a few day after posting, an engineer called and said it was more complicated than adding fresh paving on top to get rid of the dip because a man hole or person hole was in the middle and they would have to weld in a riser extension on the pipe to bring it up to grade so it was sent over to that department for review (whether it was worth the time and cost.) I understood and it is OK with me whichever way they decide.
