There should be strict regulations and fines for signs left for weeks at a time. garage sale signs should have a fine when they are on the telephone poles and other locations where they are not allowed, no problem there is a address on them. Political signs should be allowed and removed within in a certain time limit then fines should be assessed. Business signs should just be fined. There are other proper means to advertise, not on street corners.
