Grass has been cut, no clean up of property has been started.

Posting on front door, sheriffs will be here on July 28 to complete eviction.

Found grange door open, unable to close on my own.

Appears that some cleanup has begun at the property. Will continue to monitor. Check back in a week.

Company on site cleaning out interior and exterior of property. They have cut down a lot of the over growth in the back yard. I will check back in a week.

Yard almost all cleaned up. Few things left in front yard. See picture. Check back in 2 weeks

Dead trees in the backyard need to be removed. They are in the electrical lines.

Two guys showed up this week. One climbed one of the trees and dropped one branch. The one on the ground had a trimmer and took off a few smaller ones. They seemed to be surveying the area. After one relieved himself on the garage they left.

Lot line to the S has been surveyed, found retaining wall to be over lot line. Will address repair/replacement in spring..

Will you also address dead trees in spring?

I was not aware of a dead tree. Unable to determine now. In spring i will have the city forester investigate to determine health of tree.
