I would also like to know why some cars don't seem to get tickets for parking overnight on the wrong side.

This issue still hasn't resolved. They have a constant stream of vehicles they park in front of my house. Regular vehicles and large work trucks. They are also constantly bringing a large tow truck, parking in front of our house, and leaving it running. Then, instead of using the turn around at the dead end, they back it up down the length of the road to back out onto Saratoga. It has become not only a neighborhood nuisance but a safety issue also. And still nothing is done.
