This has been increasingly difficult over the past 8 years. It became worse when they built the 113 loop off of business 30. They finally added a left hand turn into the development, but now it is virtually impossible to turn left. I have sat at that intersection for up to 8 minutes trying to pull out. Vehicles do speed up and down the hill in far excess of 45 mph.
