Measure W was passed for issues such as this. The tax paying law abiding citizens are fed up with people trashing this city. The homeless need to be held accountable as do city officials for allowing this nonsense to continue.

This mess started last Wednesday up by the gate of the walkway and has spread larger and larger. Not city property as it is an easement.
