Description
The house has extension cords and other cords attached to electrical outlets, outdoor television, lighting system, etc. All of them are plugged in and seem to have power, and open to the elements in the yard, laying on the ground in the alley. This is a fire hazard, and the residents are concerned about their properties, and the safety of the kids and pets in the neighborhood. Several of us have called the police multiple times over the years to complain about the parties and loud music with flashing disco balls (which shine in neighboring windows). However, no legal code or facility enforcement agency have addressed these attractive nuisances, and potential liabilities that impact others properties.
This is some of the neighbors last resort to address these concerns. The only other option we can think of is to notify and report these issues to the various news stations for assistance. Please advise. Most of us complaining have owned our homes much longer than the individuals that live at this address. However, others that have complained have moved out of Shoreline over the years. When will the City of Shoreline step up and investigate these issues, and more importantly, do something about it.
