Instead of posting on here why dont you knock on the neighbors door and ask them to get the mess cleaned up? You could also be a good neighbor and offer to help them clean the mess up. If you wont do that then call the township and complain to them.

@Melissa - we've done all of that to no avail. SPCA has taken their animals; CYS removed the child; yet Colebrookdale Township continues to do NOTHING even though numerous complaints have been filed. Even the EPA has been out for contamination issues.

You could try taking pictures of the property and taking the home owner to court since its lowering your property value. Other then that I really dont know what else you could possibly do to get the issue taken care of.

Township says this is a recycling busniess?! Do they have a permit, what are the hours of operation? 2am is an odd time to be dismanteling junk. What does an old coffee table thrown in the front yard have to do with recycling? The Fire Marshall should be the next to visit when they start melting scrap. Mike A.

This house is so unsafe. Its completely unliveable. Yet there they are. One township official said that he would NEVER enter the property or make anyone else enter again.....yet they won't condemn the property.

Any official from Colebrookdale Township care to comment or take action quickly? Elections are 6 weeks away and you have received a written complaint from18 neighbors. They are watching this discussion.

PIGSTY!!!!!!! mud everywhere. kid is crawling around in the mess....broken glass and rusty metal all around him. township should be ashamed of themselves.....letting your relatives live like this and doing NOTHING about the mess.
