typically we do not trim the width of trees unless they are blocking signs or growing into the streets creating a hazard but i will look into this issue and see if it can be trimmed back for you.

Here are two additional pictures after a rain. This tree was planted by a previous owner. The sewer had to be cleaned up after each storm or rain. Dont know if City can get rid of this tree but it does create problems. My husband is 70 yrs old and our neighbor is over 80. Really looking for help on this.
