Made a site visit to the residence. Nobody home but I did look around the property. Some damage is present but not extensive. Most of the landscaping consist of good plants that do not see a lot of browsing. Mature azaleas had very little damage. There could be a rouge deer that has hard antlers right now but the bucks should have soft horns that are covered in velvet right now so I will have to investigate further and find out about the window scratching! I have had several complaints in this area and will work this area next!!

I did remove several of these animals.
