Also after a rain the other day I was on the sidewalk when a car in the turning lane splashed water on me.. there is now a small ditch along the turn lane that fills with water and when a car hits it then it splashes water all over the sidewalk. the whole corner need to be re engineered. Now I trespass onto U-Haul's property to avoid the lake that forms there

Not specifically trespassing considering they are open to the public and they are open for business when you walk through

If I am not conducting business with the company then I have no business being on their property. Furthermore there are trucks and trailers being moved about on the property that may pose a danger to persons who may be in a position where a driver may not expect them to be. such as walking behind a truck or trailer and the driver not noticing.

Now the problem here is not with U-Haul. The Problem is with the City of St. Petersburg for not maintaining their property so we can walk on the sidewalk without having to walk through water or being splashed by cars making the turn onto MLK.
Now if you would like you should stand on the corner after a rain and see for yourself how many time cars splash you. as for me Im tired of being splashed..

Still the same.. Someone from St. Pete should stand on that sidewalk after a rain and count how many times they get splashed by cars turning onto MLK

is the City of St.pete is ever going to fix this.
