Description

This duplex does exist. There are two addresses for this property. 2127 Neal Ave is the address the to the second apartment and the front address is 2125 Neal Ave. I can look this information up on city records. The owners lives in the Atlanta,Ga. area. Tax’s are being paid. My issue as I stated before are broken windows , open doors raccoons, possium and Hugh rats have seen snakes coming from this property. I have more pictures to show. Please I’m asking for your assistance again.
