THANK YOU TO ALL THE COUNTY WORKERS WHO CAME TO HELP on Friday!
TODAY- Mike 348 & Raphael came again today to widen the swell at 430 and cut away some of the overgrown grass at the south side of the road to help with getting to the water to the storm drain. The tree roots are suppose to be planed soon and the grass cut back to help stop the ponding water and get it to the new drain.
EVERYONE BE FOREWARNED: NEW HOMES GOING IN ARE BEING BUILT MUCH HIGHER AND IT CAUSES LOT TO LOT DRAINAGE PROBLEMS. I HAD TO BY A 400.00 PUMP TO PUMP OUT KNEE HIGH WATER OFF MY PROPERTY AND DIG TRENCHS AS IT IS SEEPING UNDER THE FOUNDATION FROM JUST SITTING. THE NEW MEGA STRUCTURES & DUPLEX ARE BUILT UP SO MUCH HIGHER AND PREVENTS THE WATER FROM DRAINING AS IT SHOULD. IT'S ALL DUMPING INTO MY PROPERTY.
NEIGHBORS ARE SYMPATHETIC BUT FEEL THEY ARE TO CODE SO ITS MY PROBLEM . . . . AFTER 35 YEARS IN OZONA - ITS TIME TO LEAVE!
