water is ponding and not going around the grass at the new drain area . . .it is actually coming across the road to the north and backing up the street westerly - not being able to drain into the drain in front 430 which has been built up and street side obstructed by dirt and sod, coming down to the east side of 420 and flooding the back yard seeping into the east side of my home!!
I was told the sod was good because it would slow the water down and I said it was only going to cause me to flood. I have many photos of this week - twice I have had to clean up from the storm waters due to the 2 storm drains not doing what intended to do. Can you send an engineer to walk the flood plan with me so I can explain because closing my requesting isn't solving the problem
