Q. Please describe the issue.
A. This area stays saturated all year. It never drys.The mud and grass over flow and cause a dam to form creating a pool of water to flood the street and my yard every day. It hasn't rained here in a few days so I was able to get pictures of it. If you will fill this with concrete it will increase the drainage flow. Thank you.
