Urgent! This Tree is located on city of detroit property. It is an old tree and not sure how it happened, but this tree has a large split limb. Very large hanging down!!! Now, one of the large limbs are over the next door neighbors live wires. Should it fall onto the wires, the city will have a large repayment bill. This damage happened on a sunny day. Urgently needs to be removed!

The City does not maintain trees that are located on private property, in alleys (open or closed), or trees located on state or county roads.
There is no tree growing on the right of way at this location. DTE does maintain trees that are around their power lines. You can follow the link below and file an inquiry with DTE and they will investigate the concern regarding trees around power lines.
