Description

This was added to the system without a picture. City of Detroit property with a down tree limb. A walking neighbor said that it was the tree trimmers that did it. Can't prove that. But, it wasn't raining or did not hear it fall. Looks bad and is dangerous to the next door family. In this weather if it does fall, all of the lines to the house will be affected! Please send someone out IMMEDIATELY! Thanks
