Description
Resident at this address continually leaves empty trash cans by curb, or puts out yard debris in the trash can 4-5 days before weekly yard debris pick up. In addition, the resident has recently begun leaving household items by curb days at a time (bicycles, pressure washers, office chair) apparently hoping someone driving by would haul away. I believe both practices violate city codes.
