This property is in estate after the death of our neighbor. It has signs in the window for mortgage contracting services 813-387-1100 to report any issues to them. This number connects to a call center in Texas (our contact was Ashley). Multiple neighbors have called about trespassers for months now, nothing was done about them. The damage in the picture, was done from the June 28th storm (3 weeks ago today). We sent them pictures as soon as it happened and the next day. I called and spoke with Ashley as well on june 28th. It did not rain here for 8 days after this damage. They took no precautions to tarp the roof or even remove the branch that went through the roof. They have done nothing and now we have had multiple downpours since. I doubt this company has a business license to operate in st. Petersburg. They are terrible and do nothing to protect their properties and have many complaints online. Thank you
