Description

Next door home has a large Oak tree that was improperly trimmed years ago and has lead to the death of the upper half of the tree. You can see that someone has come out to cut off another large half of the tree years ago that died. Now the remaining dead tree hangs over both my driveway, part of my house but also near a power line and electrical pole. This home is now for sale and the owners have already moved out. How do get this tree either cut down or the dead part removed so it is safe from taking down the power line or my house?
