At the intersection of South St. & 12th Ave South, the traffic light that faces South St. is terribly slow to turn. Is there a way to add a motion sensor to change this light? Or better yet, get rid of the light altogether? There is such a small volume of traffic that uses this intersection and I often wait 3 to 4 minutes before a green light to turn left. In that time, there are many breaks in the traffic on 12th Ave that provide opportunity to turn on to the main road. Please let me know why this light is here and why the cycle is so incredibly LONG. Thank you.
