A. it's a curbside drain on a corner that floods the roadway. yes at this point I think it is an emergency since is a significant hazard when it rains

A. ever since a water main break the road slopes differently and dirt and mud clog up the slats for water runoff. every time is rains water spills onto the roadway at a sharp curve and people already go too fast, so hydroplaning and additional damage to the roadway are of concern now.

Q. Do you know if there is a drainage easement on the property in the area of concern?
A. YES.

A. Yes

Q. Is there any current impact to nearby storm drains, creeks, streams, ponds, etc. and explain.
A. yes. it backs up to McFayden Lake and a few other properties.

Q. What can you further tell me to elaborate on the extent of the problem?
A. that this is not the first time it has been reported and nothing has been done.

Q. Has NC DENR or any other agency been notified of the issue? Explain.
A. idk.. I've reported it here, if it needs to go further it hasnt been brought to my attention on how to do so.
