Description

These two crosswalks at F and G streets are main throughfares for Golden Gate Transit bus top patrons, as well as pedestrians getting to and from Aqus Cafe, Wickersham Park, and McNear Park, as well as establishments that line the boulevard in this area. They are extremely dangerous, as vehicles coming in and out of town have no indication of whether or not they need to slow down unless someone is actually stepping out into the the road. At night, the level of danger is simply unacceptable. Lighted crosswalk indicators, like the ones further down the Boulevard in front of the cinemas and near Putnam Plaza, should be installed at F and G streets.
