This is a major problem around Chelsea. I am less concerned with the noise and more concerned with the speeding. I would love to see some speed bumps or something around the city. Bellingham st I’ve seen people going 50+ mph and it is barely wide enough for 1.5 cars, there are tons of kids here too.

While it is nice to hear comments from
another ‘owner occupant’ as I am as well. I do not have the solution to this excess motor noise. But as an Owner Occupant fir over 5 years the problem is now at its peak. More people make more noise.

Please leave this issue as OPEN. The problem is.....its have gotten worse.

They fly down Webster even had a Car flip goin so fast down the st & hit a parked car. Speeding down these roads is a real problem
