Description

Van has been parked on Queen Street for 6+ months. When taking a left hand turn onto Queen Street, the view is impeded of traffic coming up Queen Street from Park Avenue. I witnessed a "near miss" broadside accident as a result of having to inch out into the street to see what's coming from the left.
