Description

Four waste carts wrapped with plastic are located under the tree in a median on the Chesnut side of Parking Plaza one. These carts have been in Parking Plaza one for a couple of weeks and Recology is aware, however they will not remove these carts because they cannot see what is inside/determine if it is a hazardous material. Please investigate so appropriate removal plans can be made.
