At times it is difficult to pull out of side streets on to West Ave or cross West Ave on foot. Cars fly down West Ave. from Stamford and have no reason to stop till they get to Hollow Tree. Might be interesting to get the "this is the speed limit, this is your speed" machine out to track how fast cars actually are going.
