Description

2500 26th ave s the city recycling center is not being maintained. The shrubs that were planted several years ago on 25th street have been allowed to be overtaken by vines and snuffed out. many of the nice shrubs that were planted are now dead. We expect for the city to maintain its property as you would expect private home owners. We also expect that the dead trees will be removed and new ones replanted. The area is also a favorite spot of people dumping trash. Some one is there everyday. Someone should be responsible to keep the perimeter up to a minimum standard and not let plants get overgrown by vines and killed off.
