Description
Since sold in Feb, the house has been unoccupied and is deteriorating rapidly. Lawn has not been mowed and is overgrown in rear. Fence has collapsed. Gate to back yard is open and broken. Represents a hazard to the public, a potential site for homeless and a home to critters.
