Overhead signs (there are two) on westbound College Ave approaching Candler obscured by foliage. Please trim. Drivers are not realizing that the two travel lanes change to a left turn only lane and a travel lane; vehicles that want to remain on Candler are getting trapped, impeding traffic and/or proceeding through the intersection dangerously close to oncoming traffic.
