Flooding problem. Every time it rains even a tiny bit, this area floods. It looks like there’s mud clogging the street drain. This needs to be removed, because it’s not just yard debris or trash. There’s a lot of mud/dirt runoff probably from some recent work done around there and Arsenal Park.
