Several complaints have been reported over the course of the last 4 years. I've called ACCT (doesn't handle it anymore), PSPCA (currently handles), the 12th District's Community Relations Officer & Anne Verna's office. I was told that an investigator from PSPCA goes out and if they aren't barking at that time, I just have to keep on calling

Spoke to owner about this, he told me to "get f---ed" and city is no help whatsoever. Please, why is anyone living in that hellhole anymore? Life is better now I'm gone from the city.

He actually said that to you? How long ago did this take place? This site was my last resort trying to resolve the issue without getting the media involved. The first night those dogs bark and keep me up, I'm calling every news station's investigative department!!!! I've been a resident here for over 35 years and never had so many issues with ignorant neighbors

People are still throwing rocks and taunting these dogs....one of these days, the dog is going to jump the fence and bite somone
