To resident: I did not say that the person should park there. I just said move them.

This is the resident of 1010 s. bouvier. They save THREE spots every day for their 3 SUV cars, preventing other residents of that block from parking on their own block. Isn't there any way to report it?

Moving the cones concerns me due to potential retaliation.... It's gone all all year but I am getting worried about winter....
