Sharraxaadda

A HUGE branch from this tree, broke and fell on my great aunt and uncles van this summer. We've been worried for years about it falling on the house, and now we're concerned that the rest of the tree can and will hit our house by next spring after the damaging winter weather. The city wont take responsibility and the neighbor says its not his tree, when it clearly is
