Across the street from my house is the rust hospital. Along the black arroyo on the north side has grown some tremendous amount of weeds. Sometimes tons of tumble weeds. My issue is can someone come out and cleans the street full of weeds and dog poop. I had called city of rio rancho but was told it was city of Albuquerque side. There was a company doing the cleaning for a while but that didn't last long. The company also didn't do a good job cause when they use to clean it, they left the street full of rocks and debre. It's been over 6 months or more since its been clean. There are also trash along the with the bushes. Thank u.
I also have one more complaint. Was wondering how do I get some speed bumps enforced on black arroyo. People tend to speed and there are people out and about walking and children playing out. Thank u.
