Description

The stretch of road between Dale St & Old Town Road is severely overgrown where it is hanging into the travel lane and there is an abundance of trash and furniture (couch & love seat) that has been illegally dumped. Also on that stretch of road next to where new houses are being built, the houses on the road above Seltsam have been throwing trash from their property on to the property below for years with nothing being done about it even though it has been reported numerous times over the years.
