Forwarded to Town Engineer for review of trees to determine if they are on Town property.

There is no town owned property in the area. It appears that the tree belongs to the property owner of 804 Irving Road.

The trees are in protected wetlands that are owed by the town or state. They do not belong to the property owner or condominium complex. They are resting on an electrical pole and branches are entangled in the wires. This is a safety risk

This is comical and disturbing that the Town of Randolph doesn’t realize this is their property. If it wasn’t their property then they would have no right to tow or ticket cars parked in the cul-de-sac overnight or in the winter. I see we’ve got the right people in the right jobs up there. Obviously that was sarcasm if you don’t realize.

The Town does own the road...but the trees are on private property. The Town Engineer visited the site and confirmed that the trees are NOT Town owned.
