说明
This old, but now dead tree balances at the chain link fence in the North-East Parking that reads "Do Not Pile Snow Against Fence." It could either fall 1) into the parking lot, or 2) on to the caged aqueduct that ensures proper drainage in the area.
The wall that supports the ground of the parking lot where the aqueduct runs through - right where the tree resolutely remains for the time being - is cracked. More photos to follow.

There are fallen branches from other trees as well, next to the dead one. The branches have green leaves, so I doubt they fell off the big dead tree.
There is also a fallen evergreen in the photo above this one.

This wall is showing wear and cracking. It is located just beyond the fence, over the curbed edge of the parking lot, and descends down to the caged aqueduct and the opening to the tunnel that runs underneath the mall parking.
The report made regarding the sinking and fractures of Dixie Mall parking lot, just 20 metres west of this tree:

The last two photographs show how more branches have fallen off the giant dead tree in the last six days. Also, there's a dying tree in the bottom-right of the above photograph, and a fallen branch from another tree balancing on the fence on the left. I've not checked up on the crack in the wall holding up the parking lot because it's a little too unnerving getting that close to balancing branches overhead and a cracked supporting wall.
I'd also forgotten to mention that along the ramp connecting South Service to Dixie Road, a pole also leans at the west corner of the entrance to the mall, just a little west of the giant dead tree. It's been doing that for at least a week.
